Reddy Scalex provides digital marketing consultancy and related services, including but not limited to search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), social media marketing, content strategy, website design and development, email marketing, analytics, and e-commerce marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed upon in writing between Reddy Scalex and the client before work begins through a formal proposal or service agreement.
Digital marketing involves many variables beyond our control, including but not limited to market conditions, industry competition, platform algorithm changes, search engine policy updates, client-side factors, seasonal fluctuations, and broader economic conditions. While we apply our expertise diligently and use data-driven methodologies, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes from any service we provide. Any projections, estimates, or forecasts shared during consultations or in proposals are based on our professional experience and analysis, and should be treated as informed estimates rather than guarantees.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their business, products, services, and target audience. Clients must also provide timely feedback on deliverables, access credentials needed to perform agreed-upon work (such as website CMS access, Google Analytics access, ad account access), and any approvals required before publishing content or launching campaigns. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines and outcomes. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any information, content, or materials they provide to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, deliverables created specifically for the client (such as ad copy, designs, website content, and marketing materials) become the property of the client. Reddy Scalex retains the right to use anonymised versions of project work for portfolio and case study purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing. Any proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, or templates developed by Reddy Scalex remain our intellectual property and are not transferred to the client.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements and proposals. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the proposal or contract (typically 7-15 business days). Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes (GST) will be added to all invoices as per Indian tax regulations.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, financial data, customer information, campaign performance data, and trade secrets. This confidentiality obligation survives the end of the business relationship and remains in effect indefinitely unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
Reddy Scalex's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question during the three-month period preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or reputational damage, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. The client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date, including any third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf. Upon termination, we will provide the client with all deliverables completed to date, access credentials, and a transition summary to ensure continuity.
Our services often involve working with third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Microsoft, YouTube, and others. Reddy Scalex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any of these platforms. We do not control their policies, algorithms, terms of service, or pricing, and changes made by these platforms may affect campaign performance, costs, or capabilities. We will notify clients promptly of any significant platform changes that may impact their campaigns.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, platform outages, or other force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
